Prayer and fasting

Daniel 10:3 ‘I ate no choice food; no meat or wine touched my lips; and I used no lotions at all until the three weeks were over.’

We have the wonderful story of Daniel overcoming. How? Through prayer and fasting. Fasting humbles ourselves before God, God will hear you especially when you come in humility before him. You may feel you are on the cusp of a physical or spiritual threshold but feel that there is no progress. A fast with prayer will take you forward, giving our LORD time in prayer and denying yourself, will take you through and past the obstacle. Bless you.

Prayer. Holy Father, please equip your children with deep seated faith. Please enable the safe release of Fr Tom from Isis.
