Courage

Joshua 1:9 ‘ Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the LORD your God will be with you wherever you go.’

When there is a pervading sense of hopelessness or futility then the line between courage and becoming discouraged can be very thin. You will be strengthened through embracing our LORD by acknowledging that he is with you wherever you go. You are no longer alone, our Father will carry you when you are weak, he will breathe purpose and light in and over you when the way seems clouded and dark. Ephesians 6:13 ‘Then when the evil day comes you will be able to resist the enemy’s attacks.’ You have the gift of encouragement amongst your armour – telling yourself and others, “I am strong because my LORD is with me…I trust in you LORD Jesus, I trust in you (Fr Bonga).” Take courage good sisters and brothers God will be with you wherever you go. Bless you.
