Strength in prayer

Mathew 26:41 ‘Watch and pray so that you will not fall into temptation. The spirit is willing but the body is weak.’

No one has spiritual or physical immunity from temptation. Repeated sin can become such a conditioned aspect of life that one may rationalize it away, “That is just who I am.” To deeply reflect on life patterns by spending quiet time with God will help amplify those areas that are unacceptable to God. Know that the living God has equipped you to overcome sin. Spend time in prayer today asking our LORD to keep you away from repeated sin. The wonderful gift of prayer carries authority. Do you want to harness the authority that Christ has placed in you? Mathew 6:13 ‘And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil.’ Pray with boldness today, you are an overcomer. Bless you.
