Acknowledging

Luke 22:34 “I tell you Peter,” Jesus said, “the cock will not crow tonight until you have said three times that you do not know me.”

After Jesus was arrested Peter denied that he knew Jesus. On this day before Good Friday we can reflect on how we, after getting to know our LORD, can so easily deny him in word and action. Now is the time for new commitment let the old be crucified with Christ and cast off the yokes and burdens of sin. There is a powerful dawn waiting in your life one that carries such promise for newness. Acknowledge our LORD in early morning prayer, before meals, before making major decisions, before….. Jesus paid the price, now is time to fully surrender yesterday and today….and embrace the fullness of Christ in your tomorrow. May you be blessed and peace be over you.
