The LORD’s servant

Luke 1:38 ‘ “I am the LORD’s servant,” Mary answered.’

When we serve, we surrender our own will to our master. In this time of Advent can you surrender your will to God? You may have many conflicting drivers within your heart. Know that our LORD Jesus came to serve too. Dr John Maxwell a leadership author profoundly says, “You have to give up to go up.” Service is love in action. You have a seed trying to germinate within your heart that is beckoning you into service, can you say with conviction, “I am the LORD’s servant.” Bless you.

Prayer. Holy Father may we have the conviction to deny ourselves and move into service. Please reconcile and restore Lambert and Ida, please assist Menda, Peter, Leigh and Alec to find employment.
