1 Thessalonians 5:18: ‘give thanks in all circumstances; for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus.’
Giving thanks to God no matter what; do we look at hardship through the eyes of a victim? Or can we look for the good, the learning experience? Take the seeds of adversity, there is fertile ground in which to plant them. You will know your Lord and God better when that cross is heavy….the great beauty is that Jesus is there to carry it with you. You will be stooped over carrying the cross and be able to see the fertile ground much easier than when wanting to walk in your own strength. Mathew 11:28 ‘Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you…and you will find rest for your souls.’ Give thanks, bless you.
